2nd Follow-Up Audit confirms Maintenance of Dianova Quality Management Certification
Carried out by SGS last June, the 2nd Follow-Up Audit confirms the maintenance of the ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Certification of Dianova Portugal‘s Treatment and Reintegration areas. Important to realize that, in 2005 pioneered this area as the first health unit as a NGO to implement a Quality Management System. Specifically, regarding the Addiction Treatment and Reintegration at its International Rehab Centre.
The Quality System integrates not only Planning, Control, Monitoring but also Improvement processes. Each of the following processes is coordinated by a Staff Team element. Namely, Management, Admission, Treatment, Maintenance, HACCP and Purchasing.
Up to the present, Quality Management at Dianova’s Rehab Centre has been shown to increase efficiency and effectiveness. Henceforth, contributing not only to a 48% increase in treatment admissions but also an average retention rate of 70% at 3 months. With this in mind, Dianova seeks to continually improve to provide the best drug and alcohol treatment possible. Markedly, in 2018, reached 94.8% in Customer Satisfaction and 89.7% in Service Recommendation.
